Pipeline and Plant Construction

Agile pipeline construction for modern industrial plants

In industry, one thing above all counts: flexibility in planning while maintaining consistently high delivery quality. Traditional, lengthy planning phases are increasingly being replaced by agile project execution, where quick decisions and precise implementation are required.

We support you as a reliable partner through all phases of your pipeline project – from prefabrication to commissioning.

Our strengths in pipeline construction

  • Planning services in the back office – precise, digital, efficient
Our experienced engineers support you with comprehensive planning services in the background – fast, reliable, and CAD-based.
We analyze your 3D building plans and create detailed planning documents and isometrics precisely tailored to your requirements. We provide not only drawings but also the associated calculations – for maximum planning reliability and technical precision.

  • Prefabrication with maximum flexibility
Our own workshop enables the precise prefabrication of pipe spools – including short-term adjustments directly on the component. This saves time, reduces inspection costs, and guarantees the highest quality.

  • Wide range of materials & qualified welding procedures
Thanks to numerous welding procedure qualifications, we can respond flexibly to material changes – whether carbon steel, stainless steel, high-/low-temperature steels, non-ferrous metals, or plastics.

  • Efficient site coordination
Our experienced site management ensures smooth on-site processes: schedule monitoring, quality assurance, and direct coordination with customers and partners – all from a single source.

  • Intelligent support systems
We rely on modular, adaptable support and mounting systems to optimally integrate pipelines into your building technology.

  • Fast response during shutdowns & maintenance
Whether planned shutdowns or urgent repair needs – we are ready at short notice and ensure the safe and timely recommissioning of your systems.

  • Industry experience in the steel, chemical, and petrochemical industries

Downtime in operational systems is always a challenge. Our teams understand the requirements:

  • Fast problem-solving during dismantling and reassembly
  • Flexibility in the event of unexpected repair needs
  • Adherence to deadlines despite time pressure
  • Highest occupational safety standards

Our employees act independently, quality-oriented, and in line with your objectives. Through close communication between site management, customers, and partners, we create maximum transparency and efficiency.

Cooling box for the cooling of electric steel slabs

Project description

For a major client in the steel industry, a specially designed cooling box was manufactured for the controlled cooling of electric steel slabs. The component has a total weight of 6 tons and measures 5500 mm in length, 2500 mm in width, and 2300 mm in height.

The construction consists of four assemblies, each containing a closed cavity. During the cooling process, these cavities are filled with circulating water to ensure efficient and uniform temperature control.

Special technical challenge
A key challenge during production was the development of an optimal welding sequence to minimize distortion of the component. Due to the massive steel parts and the size of the cooling box, particular care was required to ensure that the components:

  • remain dimensionally accurate,
  • exhibit minimal deformation, and
  • do not develop residual stresses despite thermal loads.

Through precise planning, coordinated welding parameters, and a clearly defined sequence of production steps, a high-quality, stable, and low-distortion assembly was achieved that fully meets the demands of high-performance steel production.
